How do I beat After Party level 3?

Seriously this place is covered in SWAT and the last guy you need to kill is dancing in one area SURROUNDED by SWAT team members, and he never moves, he just keeps dancing. How the hell do I get to him without being caught first?

you can run up and kill the swat one at a time, then the last guy will see the bodies and run to call the cops, that's when you kill him

I personally played that level as ninja, i just dropped a few smoke granades and rushed to that guy and beheading him maybe it was just luck tho

i was really pleased when someone suggested it when i asked this same question.
if for no other reason that i am useless at using ninja.

i used the first character
and the sprint worked for me.

That tactic worked pretty well for me, took out the waiters one by one, used the gumball machine on the left to take out the lone swat guy & then tried to bomb the V of swat guys surrounding the rich guy. Realised that i could just run in and stab the last guy, and Swats can do nothing except follow me to the victory dance...

I used butcher. I beat the level by killing any near bouncers or waitress and swat using chainsaw abilites.
When the Game start, i go off killing bouncers and waitress first. I use the door and kill bouncers which is near to the door and then i quickly go back. Whille they were cleared(in the bag), i use the same thing then i kill the band by using the chainsaw ablities. Then i kill all swat and bouncer using chainsaw ablities. I am so lucky that i killed the annoying dancing guy and i almost run of energy.

I assume just sprinting to the last victim is the most efficient way.

One other way is to use the ninja. One smoke bomb is enough to reach the pool. Swats shouldn't follow you in there (according to my experience), but if the smoke is placed right they'll never see you enter it. Climb out of the pool, throw another smoke straight up ahead, get back down and wait for the effect to kick in, climb out again and casually walk up to the victim, under the cover of fumes. The first row of Swats won't even turn around for you. Fortunately none of the NPCs can see what's going on behind their backs.

In case the TNT bomb is always available in that map, you can also use that to clear a path through the Swats. That requires some perfect timing though. The amount of bombs is limited (to around 3, I think), but at least it's more than one. You need to get close enough to them, which means they'll hunt you for a few meters. Tricky timing and placement but possible.

Yes, please. If I can cheat past this unfun level I'd do it. It's just too much of a hassle compared to all the other levels.
