How to get twitch events working offline?
Sorry if this has been asked, but I'm not sure how this works. I play by myself, but I still want to get the random events workig. How can Ido this?

yes. in offline mode events are picked randomly and then random event wins.

What does the Server Mode do on the Twitch config screen? It doesn't mention anything in instructions on that page?

If you check Server mode box, you enable Server play. This allows your Twitch viewers to earn points while interacting with your live broadcast. Those points can be spent on badges, icons and other Twitch stuff:

Points are not accumulated through Stream Elements. They are used for Party Hard purposes only. However, you can use those icons and badges in other broadcasts too, apparently.
