While the options are few, the fact you have access to a couple fans and the roof toss means playing to put people in them- either pushing them or tossing their bodies into them/off the roof to reduce suspicion- is one of the better moves I can think of. its an easy way to dispose of most people who either get to close to those spaces or are sleeping and movable. on the stages like this one so many peel off that way it helps thin them down.
The bar break has been the most useless of all the traps for me. im not sure where exactly "in" it they have to be positioned, but ive only had it kill maybe 3-4 in my playtime thusfar. the column is likely not gonna take to many... but about that.
Using the Conga Line. I brought it out and one thing it can do is put a LOT of people into a predictable path- you might be able to use this once they've been thinned down a bit to pick off a few more stragglers who don't join the line. doesn't work as hot if you've left a body in the path for people to see, though. but hey, some might run near the drop zones when they flee from the sight. I've mused on whether or not it's worth hitting the column to coincide with the line passing near it when it explodes. probably isn't worth eyeing that pathing to do it, but i don't know for sure.
personal annoyance of this level are the enforcers/bouncers/whatever they are called. because I like dumping people on the right side, the one that walks about that way bothers me. this go around I had to let him go until things thinned out, but I those guys are my bane, and this is one of those levels where because of how i get caught out by them, i wanted to take 'em out early, but i couldnt time it to my liking.
This all said, I'm not sure if im giving the people to much space, and not taking enough advantages when presented. a few times here i offed someone and didn't get spotted when I figured i would, like the second enforcer near the punch bowl that can spawn on the left side. I haven't quite got the distances right before people notice. Hopefully something in here helps.
Otherwise, the map is plain tedious as there are so few options. Breaking the bungalow kills maybe 1-2 like you said, and blowing up the cabinet is only good if you can get a pizza or get them closer to it.
I have not found a way to use the conga line at all, perhaps with a bomb and correct timing, but it's really difficult.
You can kill everybody in the pool. No-one from outside will notice.
The bottom of the map is less frequently used by the party goers. Can be used to kill anyone passing there, incl. the blonde bouncer.
