dark castle how to play?

I killed one, then there are others turning red and kill me, i can't stab them back

I just kited everything, once they stop chasing you can go back and kill them.

its pretty easy once you get the mechanics. which is kill somebody then holy water. do it before anyone sees if not they become aggressive. you can gather bodies together and hit them all at once. now the dog seems to do something but im not sure what that is yet.

The dog kills someone attacking you then buggers off for a bit now. Really it makes the kiting strategy, which consisted of "kill person, use body to make angry people who chase you into cleared areas until they get bored, then kill and holy water" even simpler.

My personal problem with the character is yes his mechanics are cool
but the fact that he makes all traps that don't rid the bodies as soon as it kills horrible

his dog can end up respawning far way from you, he is slow sometimes, and is not quick on the draw.

Like I said
Try the party bus level and tell me how "good" this new guy is.

at least he is the quickest way to get the unbowed achivment....

I've answered to you in another thread. Party Bus is doable in a couple of try. I spent much more time on Dark Castle than Party Bus.

And yes, the new character is the quickest (and funny) way to get the unbowed achievement :)

Running also seems to help deaggro the civilians, although they'll keep the eyes, and reaggro easily.

His sprint is powerful FYI

it is like getting a smoke bomb when you sprint.

i managed to do it by just playing the game not stealth, just designate a kill zone and wait for them to run into you, after a min from your first kill i then use holy water

I beat the castle after several frustrating failures, but surprisingly it took me maybe three attempts to beat the party bus with the exorcist, and it was probably me best time with any character. The trick was to slash-and-run, slash-and-run, slash-and-run, etc..
