How can I get coopmode to work?

The coop-button is grey - i can´t click on int.

You need to play the tutorial mission in the singleplayer mode, wait until the first real mission starts and then go back to the main menue. Coop should then be available.

Is your LOCAL COOP button grey in the main menu? :
