Stuck on Rooftop Party

I'm stuck on the rooftop party, usually my first goal is to take out the bouncers with the golf cart, which is hit and miss at best, and after that, just can;t seem to not be spotted killing someone and there's nowhere to hide, or none that i've ever seen, is there, any advice and tips would be much appreciated.

If you see the couch below a partition rope on the right side of the map... Get next to the wall and couch that is on the other side of the area where you can throw people off the roof. It's a bug on this particular level. You can be next to the wall, but any cops or FBI will go to the lower area to try to get to you (and they can if they get too close).

One of the tricks I'm doing in this is that at one point (at about 1:35) I have both the FBI and paramedics on the roof. One is occupying the helipad, the other has the elevator door open. People keep calling the cops, but he can't enter the stage. So, I'm free to go on a spree.
