I installed STEAM and SWGB on my HP OMEN Laptop. It has an nVidia GT 1660 TI w/ 6GB of dedicated RAM. Running WIN 11. Unfortunately, I can't get it to go to widescreen. I installed it the same as on my desktop, which worked fine. Help me Mr. WIzard!

If you want to revisit this old game I highly suggest using the EXPANDING FRONTS mod found on moddb. It has full support for modern widescreen resolutions, giving you much more map view. It also apparently has a host of little mods and big fixes. I have had only one crash in 30 hours of gameplay. Game starts every time as well, no issues there.
