how to play multiplayer?

Galactic Battlegrounds used to have multiplayer servers hosed by MSN Gaming ZOne, as indicated by the Zone.com logo on the main menu. These servers (along with servers for several other multiplayer games, Like AoE 2) were permanantly shut down mid 2006. There are other ways to play online, like a virtual LAN via Hamachi (or any other virtual LAN software) or even local LAN. If you go the LAN/virtual LAN route, DO NOT ADD CPU players. they will bog the game down a lot.

Just checked Game Ranger (the best solution by far), and it does indeed support Galatic Battlegrounds. But heres the thing, I don't believe it supports the Saga edition, which has both in one.

yes it does still work cause its a lan link not internet link so it doesnt require a server.

me and turtle master have been playing for days now and we'll play for like 15mins and then all of a sudden it will disconnect and say game has gone out of sync ive done everything i can ive port forwarded it ive dmz'd it everything and i dont understand why
