" Yes, it could still be comedic and PS2 Bully-like with a female protagonist—slapstick pranks, skipping class, fistfights (or clever comebacks), clique wars, detention mini-games, and over-the-top rebellion against lame authority figures. Why is the game so low quality ?

There are certain standalone chinese developers with their one man project and everything looks extremely satisfying (especially the female chars), how comes a whole developer team gets only up to this and everything looks cartoonish-AI made.
