Outlaw Tribe deletes Orcs.
So, I went into a mission in the fist region where you can dominate orcs. I have already conquered the fortress, was just doing the outlaws and whatnot, and all of the orcs are mine, except for one, that's dead.. Here comes an outlaw mission, where 3 outlaws fight 3 regular orcs WHICH ARE NOT MINE, just random enemy orcs.

So I kill the outlaws, only to find out that now, these random orcs have replaced two of my captains, which are nowhere to be found.

If this is a design decission, it's a very dumb one at that.

EDIT: oh, and now I realize, one of the replaced orcs was a legendary. Way to go...

Yes, if you have all, or almost all, of an army screen filled with followers, tribe missions will delete a number of your followers. Also, if there is a betrayal and you have no room for the betrayer, he will take a spot away. It is part of the nemesis system, and I have lost good orcs because of it.

If you have any orcs you don't want to lose, make them warchiefs or put them in your garrison. In my game a spider summoning orc appeared and he went right into my garrison after I caught him.

Never had it happen so I don't know how it works... but the game should at least do an AI calculated fight, sort of like when you let a grunt kill you in a full region. Has to kill a captain to take the spot.
