Returning Bruz to Garrison

Why can't I use the return to garrison order on Bruz? Is there really no other way to get him out of Gorgoroth?

Bruz has a whole quest chain connected with him so he has to stay there. Once you progress down some of the other quests you'll get more of his in nurnen.

Not sure what you mean by "return to garrison" (that a Market thing?), but Bruz is special. There's a whole quest line dedicated to him, and it wouldn't make sense if you were allowed to remove him from the game world arbitrarily.

Maybe he's engaged in one of those random missions?I put him out of his misery though so never got about to recruting him.

The Garrison is tied to your profile, and Bruz is a unique orc that shows up in every playthrough. It wouldn't make sense to have 50 Bruzs in a fort. I'td be funny, but completly nonsensical.

after finishing bruz quests he ambushed me in minas morgul,i dominated him but couldn't get him out
after some time he betrayed me and since i couldn't get him out,just killed him.now i'm bruzless...
a bug that need fixing

You can reimport him from an older savegame file or from another playthrough. ;o)

There is actually a way to get him out of gorgoroth. Instead of recruiting him I killed him. Then when I was in Minas Morgul he cheated death and ambushed me. So I killed him again. This was in a previous playthrough. I caught him my most recent one. Anyway, to get him to another map, kill him and hang out in the map you want him at and see if he successfully cheats death there.
