bug? can't learn skills

I have something like 2500 skill points but I can't learn any skills. When i press learn on the first tier talent in any branch all it does is make a sound but doesn't consume skill points or actually learn me the skill. I can't go higher up in any of the branches because they say you need the skill before it, but I can't actually learn them.

Has anyone had this happen or know of a way to fix it?

Have the same problem. On my install I determined that it must be a bug with PS4 controller support. I have run the game with a 360 controller without issue, but the PS4 DualShock seems to rapidly "double tap" buttons... with double-tap being an understatement seeing as it seems to happen infinitely. The button presses seem so rapid that the skill will flicker as being learned/unlearned in milliseconds.

UPDATE: Steam Overlay/Big Picture PS4 controller emulation conflicts with Styx's built-in PS4 Controller support. Simply disabling steam overlay/big picture resolved the issue on my system.

Wow that was the issue, I just would do it with keyboard and mouse to learn skills -_-
