The Sanctuary: Search the Place—Solved by MAXIMUS1964

[Jurassic Fart 1]

I have spied on the elves, heard that foul-tempered armored armored one threatening to gouge eyes out (but the "Spy on elves" prompt would not go away, as if I had NOT just spied on them), spoke to Helladryn, spied on two more elves talking about a human spy, stole a document, and now I have this "Search the place" prompt that cannot be satisfied.

I've done this before on another playthrough, but I can't remember exactly what the Hell it is I'm supposed to be looking for or where the fəck it is. I seem to be confined [by the presence of the "Search the place" prompt] to two floors of a small section of the building where lone humans are pacing—one of the places from which I got the document.

I have thoroughly searched BOTH areas where a solitary human paces his predictable route, but have found nothing more, and when I try to widen the search area, expand it, the prompt goes away, whatever the fəck it is I'm looking for unfound.

I think it's a dead human I'm looking for. The videos I've seen about "Search the place" in the Sanctuary look NOTHING like where I am, so they're no help, and I'd much rather not start over and follow some video step-by-step.

There's something I'm missing. I've even considered going back to portions of the map already explored, but what would be the point? Steve and Bobby are starting to bore me. That's what I've named the guys walking around with vials of life at their waists. Steve is the guy with the beard, and Bobby is the clean-shaven one. Steve used to be a stevedore on the docks, and Bobby flunked out of his scribe apprecticeship—it was either this or the amber mines. Bobby can't get laid, and Steve's wife is sleeping with his boss. Like I said, they're beginning to wear on me.
