Horrible Sensitivity
Is there any reason why its so low? I have it turned all the way up and its still garbage.

Hi,

in your game saved folder (wich must be somewhere like C:\Users\YOUR_ACCOUNT\AppData\Local\Styx2\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor) you will find a file named Game.ini.

Add these lines to the file to get the mouse movement 5x faster.

[/script/styx2.styx2playercontroller] MouseTurnRatio=1.0f

MouseTurnRatio is used to divide the movement of the mouse and is 5 by default, the lower you'll set it the faster the cursor will move. You must restart the game to get the changes effective in game (this will be accessible from the option UI in our future games).

/!\ don't set it to 0 as it will break the universe (dividing by 0 may crash your game)

I hope you'll enjoye the game with this fix.

irritated me at first but got used to it. Got used to Fortnite's sensitivity a lot and had to readjust for this game

Do the devs even care? This problem is known since may and people are talking about it on here. I got the same problem and refuse to play with no control about mouse sensibility.
It is even different with vsync on and off. They should just make the sensibility adjustor go to 200% or fix it in general.
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Thank you. It works.
Now can you show me the fix to fps cap the game without using Vsync?

Hi,

in the same directory location you'll find Engine.ini, add these lines with your wanted max FPS

[SystemSettings] t.MaxFPS=200

Very nice. I wonder why game devs dont put this in the normal option menu.

Devs don't always got the time to polish these kind of low priority features they must focus on crashs/blocker instead even if they sadly don't always fix all of them.
good i needed this

It might be worth pinning this answer to help others searching for this info.

it helps tremendously... too bad the fix isn't in the game at this late date. I stopped playing and was going to give a bad review because of it. I almost uninstalled and just happened to look it up ; and here I am thinking the game is playable and might deserve a positive review after all this time.
Thank you Cø.
Exactly what all PC players are after, works beautiful.

The thing is, input devices have ridiculously high DPI and refresh rates these days, and some older games simply don't work well with these devices, as they haven't been present at the time of release.
