Styx could be the 4th secret weapon for the Goblings, that could be fun
But another Styx game could be awesome!
The Wise Orc, i didnt knew i felt this but you are 100% spot on about the game!
And with all respect [Death Watch] Молчаливый Боб, your suggestings would change the base game too much into a genre thats full of good titles already. We want a STYX game. But if you havent already then send a job application to some game devs ASAP :D
From what I understood, shards of darkness didn't sell so well.
And even if a 3 would come out, I think they would release it without co-op which would be a big downer but would cut the development cost.
In the universe of orcs an men can totally be of orcs and men 2.
If we're allowed to make our character, it feels more like it would be some kind of RPG (maybe open world but doubtful knowing cyanides) where we can play orcs, goblins, humans, elves and dwarves. Maybe even a team of two races.
Maybe something totally new.
Actually, I just don't want to be hyped for something that will not happen.
The concept of Aragami 1 was still better but 2 is more action-y.
Also, a pretty unique game was Seven, the days long gone... Infiltration in an open world is far from common and it worked pretty well.
Styx 3... I wish ! I can't wait to know more about this new game.
Hope we won't get disapointed.
1. new, even if similar, game mechanics.
2. partly same, partly new maps.
3. ability to play versus and coop Djarak/Styx on different maps. And final battle ofc.
Helledryn may be, but Lysril and Maolak are no. Maximum like Aaron Barimen.
(with co-op again if possible !)
I haven't found those side characters to be interesting anyway, keep them as NPC.
