Getting gold on speed? (spoilers)

How the heck do you guys get gold on speed on the missions like the elven/dark elvish city ones, or even the airship ones? Do I need to get lots of SP and spend it and then come back later with a full loadout or what?

Go straight for the primary objectives only. It does help if you unlock Flow Control first so you can use invisibility a lot.

I would leave Swiftness as the last thing to go for.

Same here, I am having zero problems with getting swift, everytime I finish there's 3 - 4 extra minutes left. Using invisibility cloak and ultimate skill that regenerates amber makes it easy. Also you can leave clones in places where you have to return, it's a lot quicker so use teleport skill.

Which ultimate skill is that?

The one in the middle, I guess you have to finish the game to unlock it then you neet 2 quarts and some skill points.

Correction the Flow control unlocks when all other quarts skills are unlocked

First I go for tokens, shadow and mercy and then replay this chapter for speedrun, while I still freshly remember where to go. Use f5 a lot, if you feel that you did good, if not - f9 and redo the part quicklier. Just run for the objective without anything else. There's plenty of time to do it without amber flow ability.

Definitely finish the game at least once or twice before to get all ghost+mercy+collectibles so meanwhile you can make note of key locations in the game.

For example the area with lots of ropes in the middle during chapter 2 right above where Helledryn takes the airship once you give her the pass. Also 2 or 3 missions require you to return to the very beginning once finishing the primary objectives. Leave a clone in such locations and use rebirth to teleport to that area to save a lot of time.

Secret skill helps a lot when you have to use invisibility for a couple of seconds as you won't have to drink an amber potion. Make sure to get the skills to make it last longer and your movements silent during invisibility. Also try to jump or roll when you are invisible, if you run or crouch you will lose more amber.

I was most afraid of chapter 4 due to it being 3 parts with the boss battle. The key is to keep sprinting and jumping. Really, nothing else to do. You only crouch 1-2 times during 2nd part rest is pure sprinting without invisibility. I only used invisibility once in that chapter right inside the room with lots of dark elves before reaching the lair gate that has 2 patrolling trolls.

In chapter 3, do a manual save in the beginning of part 2 called The Sanctuary. Then do the objectives like spy on elves, find the letter, find the body. The locations for the last 2 objectives I mentioned are random. Once you find the location of the body, memorise how to get there from the beginning. Then reload your manual save and go directly to that location while avoiding all the previous objectives. Also don't forget to leave a clone right where you begin so you can teleport back to do "Talk to Helledryn" objective much faster.
