A mercy run isn't so difficult as it seems, don't worry.
Useful to know Chandelier and Poisoning don't count as alerts.
Many thanks guys.
Bells.
Yup, bells.
Climb / jump / send a clone up to where the bell is rigged, wait for the right moment and "Ring the Bell" Those that investigate hold a small service, then go about their lives and you remain a pacifist goody goblin.
I accidentally discovered this one when I wanted to take out a patrolling guard and lure another away from a CARNAGE poster, so I left a clone in position to drop the bell. At first I thought it was because the clone did the deed that kept the Mercy score at zero (It wasn't me! It was him!). But nope, chandeliers, acid barrels, poisoning ect all count as kills even if it is your ugly identical twin doing it.
