How do i change clothes?

In the hideout and generally at the start of some missions' second zones, you'll find a cabinet that lets you change your items.

i know but i don't seem to be able too, i need to unlock them? im at mission 4

Yeh, you need to unlock new items to equip them, you can get them either through the alchemy path of the talent tree, or I think in mission 4 or 5 and mission 7. Plus if you preordered you get the bonus Arkenash gear when you start the game, but by the sound of it you don't have that.

Thats not quite accurate, you can still purchase the Akanash Set as a seperate DLC pack after release.. i would recommend it if you use lots of clones or don't mind not having the ability to use a muffled kill.

kill noise can be canceled out easily with a couple perks.
I played entire game on goblin.
Hardly ever had an enemy know I was killing another even right next to them.
