assuming you're talkling about they incorporeal invisibility and etheral dodge they just make attacls go through you

Etheral dodge - 50% chance for ranged atacks pass through you completely and take no damage

Incorporel invisibility - physical attacks pass through you completely making you immune to damage while using invisibility

I just tested this, and no, fall damage is not included-- which drastically decreases the value of this skill, in my opinion.
