The armor is fine actually, if you mostly only use your clones as positioning lures and therefore destroy them yourself almost all of the time.

The dagger is odd and I'm not positive what playstyle it's meant for. Maybe if you're going for as few kills as possible and just need an emergency button that lets you run immediately without having to hide a body.

it hink the dagger could do well if u want to go to the end of the level as fast as possible. because on killing it breaks the patrolroutes of the enemies nearby, so u can use this chaos to slip througth the roomes while the guards are going to investigate. but they will never find a body HAHAHAHAH!

The Dagger is far from unusable. Combined with the right skills, especially some of the noise muffling related skills from the Stealth tree it can be potentially the most useful dagger in the game. I personally used it for almost my entire run of the game.
