Does this Early Access version have single-player against the AI?

Guy, hi. I really really loved NetStorm when I was in school, 20 or so years ago. It's a very niche game, what doesn't appeal to many. But AFAIK it still has some following among a little community of mostly old farts... fans like me :) And all the clones are ether non-close and are completely different (Driftlands), or... these kinda semi-abandoned ones.
