When I launch the game all I can do is use the keyboard. The mouse does not work on the main menu for me and I do not have a controller plugged in that would be preventing it from working. I was only able to start the game by pressing enter. I can see the cursor, I just cannot click on anything. Even when I pause the game my character still moves the cross hair around instead of letting me use the mouse pointer in the pause menu. Im using Windows 10 64-bit. Achievements? Perks? Unlockables? - not those lack of unclockables already in the game... It's boring after 15min :( I've expected much more...

Besides the save issue, another bug is happening. if one selects another weapon, even if not unlocked yet, the game acts like i selected it, and i can use it.
