Can't find Frog Rock

I've gotten the big foot fur, I got the moleman powder, I put the lens on the binoculars, but it's not appearing no matter how long I search for it.

Have you used the wires with the binoculars so you can manually move and stop the view while using the binoculars?

The "Pass" for Carnival isnt in inventory! So, I cant even get on the Tunnel of Love ride! Is anyone else having same problem?

Someone provides a hint of which rock to check (between the tire fire and some other landmark)... wish I remember who that was

The location is given by Shuv-Oohl, the hippie moleman. (You may not have spoken to them by the time you fix the binoculars.) Frog Rock is about one screen to the left of the tire fire. Another way to find it (if you don't remember their instructions) is to pause on every rock; the sequence in the binoculars is all landmark-rock-landmark-rock-....

Remember to use the magnifying lens. I honestly forgot I had it.
