I recently bought the game to play it on steamdeck, does anyone know how to save game files?

Hello, I was wondering if this is a new windows version of the game or if it is just the classic version being emulated via ScummVM. I own the original and play it on ScummVM already. I didn't know if this version was different or not.

Instead of booting up ScummVM on Steam, I want Steam to boot up Sam & Max on DREAMM instead. Is there any way for me to point Steam to the DREAMM version of the game instead of ScummVM?
