Official Q&A! Feel free and add questions. Hints/tips inside.
1) How do you heal between battles?
A) The game automatically does it for you. You start every new battle fresh and good as new!

2) How does crafting work?
A) Simple. Pick a mold(pattern), then slap ingredients together. If they make something, you'll see a preview of your item to be made. For example, you are given 2 iron and 1 coal very near the beginning, next to the first forge. You can immediately make Lucian a Steel Greatsword. Don't be shy, go ahead and do it! And don't forget to equip it!

3) What is this salvage thing?
A) You can salvage (or break down, or recycle) equipment that you find, buy, or make. Salvage returns your primary and gem materials. Reagents, tertiary materials, and schematics are lost when you forge with them.

4) How do I change my formation?
A) There is a formation option in the menu! Easy as pie.

5) What is happened to my MP? What is TP?
A) TP is a SHARED resource used by your whole party. Some skills build up TP, others use TP. There is no such thing is MP in this game! That is an ancient feature of the past that, like many other old things, we've done away with!

6) Wait, so there's more than just normal attack?
A) Yes, silly. Each character has TONS of active and passive skills.

7) What are these Diamond cards I keep finding?
A) Collect all Diamond cards to unlock a really good secret reward later on in the game. That's the 2 through 10, Jack, Queen, King, and Ace. Locations found in the Official Strategy Guide if you're stumped!

8) What is Capacity?
A) Capacity is how much weight your character can carry. Lucian's is very high for example, and Ingrid's is very low. Therefore, Lucian can put on a lot of heavy armor without being weighed down. If you go over capacity, your stats take a pretty big hit! Everyone can equip every type of armor, so it's up to you to manage weight and capacity!

9) How do I change difficulty?
A) The intro mission is only on normal difficulty. Once you enter a new mission from the World Map, you will be prompted to select difficulty. (easy/normal/hard)

i know lucian has a lot of capacity, and can wear medium to heavy armors, but what types of armors can the other player characters use in regards to their capacity?

Everyone can equip every armor. So it's up to you to decide.

Hello guys. Just started playing now and I had a question regarding the difficulty setting, because I see there is an achievement for Hard dificulty. Does this unlock after finishing the game or is the option hidden somewhere (couldn't find it in the Options menu).
Thanks :)

After a certain point (very early in the game, I'm not far myself) when you start a dungeon you can choose the difficulty.

The prologue is only available in Normal difficulty. Once you unlock the World Map, you can select the difficulty each time you select a level.

I've got a question about Soha's Bloodlust skill:
I still haven't triggered the life leech even once (I suppose that 'attacks drain HP' equals life leech). I've tried skills and normal attacks during Bloodlust, but it's not working.
I'm just assuming it works like the Bloodlust in Skyborn, so I'm pretty stumped here.

Bloodlust doesn't leech life - it increases your attack power at the expense of your own life. :D

Blood Tap is what leeches life, that might be what you're thinking of?

Bloodlust:
"A single ally goes into a bloodrage. They become immensely strong and fast, and attacks drain HP, but they rapidly lose HP over time."

I just assumed that it's a carbon copy from Skyborn, which gave you a portion of the damage done back as +HP. Basically, attacks that drain HP from the foe.

I hope you can see why I am so confused.
It either means I lose HP over time AND whenever I attack (which I don't)
OR
I lose HP over time AND drain back life on every attack (which I'm also not doing).

This just left me rather confused. ~.~
I wish there was a wiki for EoA, haha.

EDIT: There was a spelling mistake in the quote.

How do you use skill points? There doesn't seem to be any prompt or button to upgrade skills, and I've tried every keyboard command I can think of.

Up and down arrows when the skill is highlighted, or you can click on them with the mouse.

I really love that every character can wear any type of armor. FREAKING AWESOME!! I hate that some games you are restricted of wearing certain types of armor like say a wizard or archer cannot wear heavy armor or a tanky fighter cannot wear light armor. So a big plus to that, genius idea! I love how customizable this game is. I had a question at the moment though, but I was wondering what the difficulty settings affects specifically? Obviously the battles are tougher, but does difficulty net you different amount or quality of loot and treasures? Is it just the difficulty of battles? Just something I was wondering. So far, normal seemed too easy for me personally, but great if you just want a casual gameplay and getting on to the story. I'm also not trying to ask for insane difficulty either, though I do think* lucian is just insanely overpowered at the moment but I guess since he is a knight it would make sense for him to be considerably stronger than the other 2 characters so far(I'm not that far into the game yet). To me it would be fine if the only difference difficulty made was just how hard the fights are and there are no bonus treasures but I just want an answer to confirm it since I haven't found the answer yet so far thanks.

How do I fix the missing file error? I've already reinstalled/verified the cache. It still won't load my save.
