Well Darkest Hour is realistic too, but you actually can understand where are you going and what the hell is going on around you. In RO2 you basically cant so its all down to how good you know the map you are playing
You're blaming the game because you're bad at it. You will be perfect working for IGN.
"Game too hard, 0/10"
If you can't see the enemy shooting at you, that means they're clever. Cant get 1 kill means you're bad at killing. 40 hours in the game is a fart in the wind, you need at least 100 to start grasping the concepts. 'Better visuals' is so vague i wont even talk about it. 'Better maps' is incorrect, the fighting in RO2 is supposed to be a variation of open field and urban warfare. 'Understand wtf is going on around you' just means you didnt open the map key and find the objective you need to attack. Its in fact very possible to have situational awareness, you just need to get good at the game first. 'Wins only who knows the maps': FALSE. It can help, but even if you know the map you can still lose.
that was pretty much my experience with the game when i was new i almost gave up on the game but then i had a moment of epicness and decide to endure the pain and it was totally worth it.
i recommend you to don't give up on the game. like everything in life you need to practice to get better.
a few tips that i can give you are: dont charge the enemy points throught the middle uses the flanks, wacht high level players play, learn about the periferial sight, dont play TL role and finally you can play in the last server of the pacific front its more noob friendly than the germans vs russians.
Dude, 40 hours in RO1 and 40 in darkest hour are 80 hours total. Btw I didnt have much of a problem in getting adjusted to these two games. But Ro2 just feel awkward, in fact it's more arcade than the first chapter imo.
Man, you seem a little angry. Calm down a bit bro.
So i'm not some sort of weirdo. I honestly prefer darkest hour over ro2, there is still one full server every evening,
