reupload onto this section again - stuck on a black screen with loading circle on iphone

so I decided to try and run the steam link on my iphone connecting to my MacBook and nothing happens on my phone doesn't show any controls or anything only displaying a black screen with the loading circle I'm not sure how the problem occurred any help?

Please make sure your Steam client is up to date (dated October 30th or newer) on your Mac.

tried it but the still same thing

Go to System Preferences on your Mac => Security & Privacy => Privacy tab => Scroll to "Screen Recording" and add a checkbox next to Steam. This fixed my Steam Link app streaming to my iPad and Apple TV.
