Audio delay on ChromeOS but not on Stock Android
I have a Lenovo Chromebook which is a few years old. ChromeOS is up to date (version 131.0.6778.241).

Steam Link streams beautifully over Wi-Fi. Picture and input are great. But there is a significant audio delay - it feels like almost 1 full second. This does NOT occur on my stock Android device (Pixel 8 Pro) and does NOT occur on any other devices in the house (Apple TV, iPads, etc)

I thought it was a stream issue at first, but I'm actually realizing that the app's interface sounds are also delayed. When pressing buttons like Settings and selecting the computer, the little "bong" sound effects are also delayed by about 1 second, making me think that the app itself (which is also up to date on the latest version, 1.3.15) has an audio delay bug itself.

Curious if there's anything I can do on this device that could address it? Or perhaps if there's a formal way to submit a bug report. I'd really love to stream to this device, it's a perfect experience in every other aspect.
