Steamlink randomly disables touch controls

Hello, I have issue with steamlink touch controls. While playing Fallout 4 android app randomly disables touch controls. Even Steam logo doesn't works.
To fix that I have to restart whole app. It takes much time to do that and it's annoying when you can't controls your character in middle of fight.

Same. It's started happening while just being on the desktop with steam link, with no games running. It never used to do that. But now it does.

Bumping, getting this issue also. Steamlink android app (Samsung A71 phone), using direct cursor playing WoW on desktop mode. After a few minutes of running around (holding touch screen right click and left mouse touchkey) the overlay becomes unresponsive and I have to stop the app and restart before resuming control. Pretty frustrating and makes the app unusable. Seems to be an overflow error for mouse events that causes the controls to become unresponsive. Ive tried replicating the issue on my Tab A Android tablet with its Steamlink app but cannot.

Bump, I'm having this very same issue. My touch controls will be working fine and then randomly they all become unresponsive forcing me to shut down the app on my phone and reboot it to regain control. If I'm running while it happens my game character will auto run into enemies. Really annoying especially when playing on a game mode where you have only one life.

I just tested it with an iPhone aswell and I was able to duplicate the problem in less than 5minutes so it's not just an issue with Android devices

I love steam link but this issue is driving me nuts :(

Well, for me. It "locks up" any time I have the touchscreen mouse set to anything but "disabled". Completely regardless of anything in the controller config.

Any developers to address this? I'm able to reproduce the bug when right click toggle moving my game camera whilst using a combination of w&d or w&a to move my character.(touchscreen controls) It may take a minute or two but eventually the controls will become unresponsive to input and my game character will autorun in whatever direction he was going the time the controls lock up

The problem occurs at random. In this video it happened at 2m30s. When the problem happens, the video and audio are completely uninterrupted and unaffected. But all controls stop working. The situation can only be remedied by stopping and resuming the stream.

I've been meaning to return to this thread because I've encountered some different behavior than I described in my original posts.

The issue happens most frequently when the touchscreen mouse is used. But it does still happen very rarely even when touchscreen mouse is disabled.

Thanks for the example. From watching the video it looks like touch itself was still working, since you were able to bring up the menu to stop streaming, but the controller was in a wedged state.

I don't see anything in the log, but I'll try to reproduce it here.

same problem here for me for a while now. worked perfectly for a couple of years but since a half year touch controls randomly stop working randomly. physical controller keeps working, nothing changed in hardware. tried changing every setting i could find.
