Add non steam game.
Point it to blizzard launcher.
Rename the shortcut 'overwatch'
Run it and load the game up, you should be pretty much good to go.
There IS a way to get the overlay working, but it's tricky. Somone made a tutorial on Reddit, and I can verify that it works for the overlay.
Whether it works for Steam Link is another matter. It might. The workaround for the overlay is complicated. But still... worth trying.

Just add the Overwatch.exe from the Overwatch folder wherever you installed it and add the following after the ": - launch
My target looks like this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwatch\Overwatch.exe" - launch
The only problem this makes is that you have to log in with your credentials manually. Using a steam controller its troublesome since I for some reason cant enter the @ symbol.
