Steam controller not showing as a bluetooth device

Yesterday I was playing on Androids steam link, connected the controller via Bluetooth no problems. Today tried to do the same, the steam controller said it could not connect to the paired phone, I removed the pair and try to reconnect it but no the controller does not show up on any phones as a Bluetooth device, I hold the Y key +steam button it flashes but does not show. I have reverted the firmware back and restored to Bluetooth FW but still does not show.

Ruled out it is not the phone as no Bluetooth shows up as a connectable device, the steam controller works plugged into my computer and via USB receiver just not Bluetooth.

Please help?

does not show up whean searching for it in order to pair... same problem... FW is updated.
Any progress? Any sign anyone is even working on this?

I had a similar problem. My controller was not showing up in Bluetooth devices on windows 10. I found a solution:
While your controller is off, Hold Y and then press the Steam Button. The Steam Button will start flashing and you should see it appear on the devices list.

This thread is about connecting it to an android device, phone as example,
not Windows 10.

then conect steam controller by usb to your pc and run ble.bat and wait
