not all Windows OS's are compatible with ViGem...
This is a Troubleshooting Step...

Right, i forgot...
Well, go throught the usual troubleshooting methods, and what MartyWF told you, i don't use GLOsc at all so i'm not much help here. I even forgot what it was lol.
Use Cortana to search for %temp% and delete everything in it that you can...
Not everything will delete though...
Step 2
Goto lower left corner and Right Click the Windows Icon...
Select Run where it's listed...
Enter prefetch...
Delete everything that you can.... Not everything will delete..

Goto Steam Client Settings>>Web Browser>> Delete Cookies and Cache
Goto Steam Client Settings>>Downloads>>Delete Cache

I also Use GloSC
Use the latest available installer package (no pre-release)
If you are running Steam beta: Download the latest pre-release and extract and replace only "EnforceBindingDll.dll"
Do you know what he's talking about? Where would I "extract and replace only "EnforceBindingDll.dll" and what would I replace it with?
