My right pad is starting to spazz out when just barely hovering over the edge. Calibrating it usually fixes this behavior, but when I tried it did nothing.
That behavior is not present in lizard mode for some reason though. Maybe its a different issue?
Wondering if I'll ever purchase your hardware again Valve? With this kind of customer support for fixing a bug that broke a required feature that used to work perfectly well, no one should purchase your hardware anymore. And I used to be so tempted by the deck...
PS: The fact that I need an extended T6 Torx driver (not included in my 122 piece electronics tool kit, nor in my thousands of dollars worth of other tools I purchased over multiple decades of appliance manufacturing work) just to open the unit to clean/fix it, seals the deal that I will never buy Steam hardware again. Replacing the battery in my MacBook Pro wasn't even this much of a pain.
