Steam Controller

Steam Controller

Face Buttons Missing
Upon entering the controller configuration settings via Steam from a game with my Mamba One controller I purchased from Amazon to connect to my Desktop PC (and with the controller set up in a Xbox Controller format), and whereupon adding skill sets to the default binds, the Face Buttons often show up missing (A,B,X,Y) despite showing on other skill sets. Occasionally, the other button, joystick, etc options are also just blank and have no interact-able selections period. Face buttons are most likely to disappear, and others from time to time.

Steam Version: Public, most current version
OS: Windows 11
Controller: Mamba One
Connection Method: Wireless via 2.4 GHz Dongle
USB VID/PID: Unknown, as I do NOT know what this is or how to obtain it
Game(s) affected: So far this has occurred with Star Trek Online and Star Citizen (a non-Steam game added to my library), and I'm betting it occurs on others, too, but these have been the only two games so far I have attempted to use "Action Sets" with.

Steps:
1. In the Steam Library, right-click the game with the mouse and select either Manage and then Controller Configurator or Properties and then enable Steam Controller Override, afterwards selecting the controller configurator option inside the description.
2. Select Modify Controls and set main keybindings from mouse/keyboard to the buttons provided.
3. Click add skill set, name it, and choose to copy the settings from the default or set it up new. Setting up new increases likelihood of face buttons and/or other controller entries missing.
