Xbox 360 "Web Browser" set for Big Picture Mode can't scroll as default

ISSUE/NOTES
When using BPM's Web Browser, the Xbox 360 default config can't scroll

OS: Windows 10

CONTROLLER TYPES: Xbox

CONNECTION TYPE: Wired

GAME: -

CONFIG LINK: -

STEPS

• Plug a Xbox 360 gamepad
  
• Start BPM
  
• Go to any site where you must scroll (like a game guide)
  
• Try scrolling

RESULTS
No scrolling action as default.

EXPECTED
Scrolling should be enabled.

Can you re-apply the recommended config? I could reproduce this with an Xbox controller I hadn't used in a long time, but once I re-applied the recommended config it worked.

If you have other changes you don't want to lose then you could just bind scroll to the left stick and move the "move X" actions to the DPad.

Same here but re apply the default is not helping. Still no scrolling at guides and browser.

Having the same issue right now on Ubuntu 18.04. The BP browser controls are completely screwed up when using a XB1 pad. Latest Steam beta.
