Everything isn’t working on the controller despite the touchscreen.

It charges, but the only way to get the system to work is to take a USB male to USB male and plug a bootleg computer controller I got. I feel like there’s an easy fix out there so if anybody’s listening, much obliged.

Are you using a dongle or attempt to connect the controller via Bluetooth ?

Tbh i never connected it via cable except for updating the device.

If that doesnt work for a reason, its most likely because the cable you are using doesnt meet the requirements. For me it was the 3rd cable that finally worked.
