I can't find a manual for this controller on the given link, nor on Nyko's website, but if this is basically a rebranded Nyko Core Controller in the style of a Gamecube controller, it doesn't have the gyroscope, vibration or NFC found in an official Switch Pro Controller. It's an Xinput device on PC with stripped-back features, you can't fake it to be a Switch Pro with software.
Ok, but then how do I make it so the computer registers the other 3 Extra Buttons? Because I want to use those buttons for shortcuts/inputs in a game but just can't.
Again, there's no manual online for me to better understand what the PC sees or expects. Dig up your toilet paper copy, you're on your own.
Rude, why are being so mean If I asked politely? There's no need to say that.
If the PC sees the plugged-in knock-off Switch controller as Xinput, without trying to be a Switch Pro controller, nothing can be done. Turbo buttons can't be remapped; what other buttons are there that you need access to?
I watched a few tutorials on reddit and end up modding the controller with a simple hardware mod + a windows program to make it work, then again there You go being a passive aggressive person for no reason. Yes I bought a Controller that is in fact not a Pro NS Controller, but You could've used different words to express Your point without sounding like a j*rk.
People come here to ask for help, and sometimes (Yes) we are ignorant about the topics at hand, but be polite and educate people so they are better informed on the matter.
