how do I assign Iron Sights command to a control? I see this in some custom builds, but I can't figure out how to set this up...

Well aiming is usually Right Mouse button. Assign Right mouse button to something.

Just set one of the triggers to the relevent iron sight button in the game. If you want to do like the trailer shows and use dual-stage, there's the option for that in the trigger settings. Something like 'half press' and 'full press' I think. Set the iron sights to half and shoot to full. You can also tweak settings to allow you to quickly pull the trigger and fire from the hip. Specifically soft pull action and full pull action where full pull is the click at the end of travel. Or if the game is set to use gamepad controls you can alternatively leave soft pull blank and use the analog trigger setting to choose the trigger that is used by the game, usually left trigger.
