Double Click on Full Pull?
Hi. Im trying something for the game Exanima.

with Click you simply swing ur weapon and with double click yo do an overhead attack.

so i thought it would ne nice to swing with Trigger and Double Click when Full Pull.

but i didnt find the option ? how can i do that? or, is it even possible?

You could try enabling Turbo on the trigger and set it at a relatively low interval (ie: faster repeat) to have it click repeatedly while you hold the trigger. Should be able to effectively get a double click out of that just by holding it for a second or so.

thanks for ur idea but that doesnt work because the game punished spamclicking... if i put turbo on, i will always make another click after the double click and that cancels the overhead attack

i tried to move soft pull / hard pull sliders but without success

i think i just need to be able to bind "double click" :-/

If you use the hipfire triggers is disables the soft trigger when you pull too fast. Set the trigger to Hair trigger, set both actions to left click. When you pull it fully, it should "double click" hitting both the soft and hard triggers... I think.

Been playing Dragon Age: Origins with the controller (works incredibly good!) and want to do just this as it would help out alot when selling stuff at merchants. Did you figure out a way to do it?

hey, no not yet, i tried a bit with the timer but it was always more difficult to "pull the trigger the way it does doubleclick" then just pullng it twice..

i kinda gave up, since ive heard the game i wanted to do it is getting SC support sooner or later anyways

and i hoped that the SC maybe gets an update to just choose doubleclick...

however, IF you happen to find a solution, i would be very happy to see it :)

and IF i get new informations, i will get back to you :P

This would be incredibly useful for the desktop and mouse-based games like Master of Orion .
soft pull = left mouse click and full pull = left double click.

Just set your Soft Pull to Left Click as usual and also set Full Pull to Left Click.

Now, go into the Activator menu of the Full Pull. In the tab area above, click Add Activator. In the empty button binding, add left click again. Set the Activator behavior to Long Press and set the Long Press time to the far left.

If it doesn't work, adjust the Long Press time so the game understands the input timing.

This should give you a rough-around-the-edge double-click.

full pull --> activation type: start press --> bind: left mouse
add activator --> activation type: release press --> bind: left mouse

Please let me know if it works for you.

I did not find having multiple activators useful in achieving the objective of a double-click in the windows desktop. For anyone in the same boat as me, you can temporarily interrupt the left mouse click resulting in two identical mouse clicks from the same activator, this is your double-click.

1. Have your Left click set to the "Right Trigger Soft Pull" as default with a simple threshold
2. Add a "Mode Shift Button" to the Right Trigger and set the key that does the shifting to be "Right Trigger Full Pull"
3. DO NOT add any shifted mappings, just exit the screen.
4. Now if you pull the trigger all the way and release completely, you will get a double click

Mad props to you and that reddit thread, the other method was giving me a triple click if I didn't wait after doing my soft pull. Granted, if you do a soft pull and wait too long it will just be a single click, but this will help a lot in Age of Empires, Minecraft, and the like as well.

I changed the "start press" of the first activator to "regular press" and it works for me on a desktop setting (not tested in-game). I'm guessing that a "regular" + "start" combo can do the same thing too but haven't tested it out.
