Gyro not working/stuttering
Hello,

I'm having a problem with my controller. There seem to be a problem with the gyro. When I activate the gyro and move the controller the screen stutter and bearly moves.

I'm not sure if it worked before and stop woking or if it never worked. I was played The Talos Principle when I got the controller and didn't need the gyro.

Anyone had this problem and found a fix ?

I have an AMD R390 and Windows 10.

Thanks for your help

What settings have you given to the gyro? Mouse, joystick camera, etc? Have you tried changing around the sensitivity settings?

also opt into the steam beta and see if that helps

I enable the beta client. Then I updated the firmware and it solved the problem.
Thanks for your help.

Mine worked perfectly, than after format it started to jitter on desktop, but with border lands 2 launcher it worked perfectly. You reminded me that before format I also had beta steam client enabled - that solved the problem? <3

Next day cursor stutters again... Whyyy? =/ Anyone got any other ideas? Running Steam as admin and replugging adapter doesn't work. While cursor hovers this forum, it's ok. While cursor hovers Steam bounds, like that dark grey borderlines or Start bar, it stutters.
Also, when I have Store tab opened, cursor works everywhere fine. When I minimize Steam, it stutters again. This happens on TV 32', connected to laptop via HDMI cable. Refresh rate on TV is set to 60Hz, resolution 1366x768. Everything is the same as before format, including newest Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers.

EDIT: opening Intel Graphics option and entering Display menu deletes problem, but closing it causes jittering come back. Regardless of 59HZ or 60Hz of refresh rate. On laptop screen or additional display Samsung SyncMaster 940N there is no problem.

Below is a whole information in one I sent to Steam Support. There is also a video on youtube I recorder right now
--------------------
Two days ago, Gyro as mouse in desktop configuration worked OK. After PC format, cursor startet to stutter. Computer configuration is the same. Problem occures on TV, to which PC is plugged via HDMI cable.

Specifications:
Laptop Lenovo Y510P
GPU Geforce GT755M
Intel i7-4700MQ
16GB RAM
1366x768 60Hz refresh rate

VGA: Samsung SyncMaster 940N 75Hz refresh rate

--> HDMI: Samsung LE32B650T2W 60Hz and 59Hz 1366x768

Steam: participation in Beta tests enabled

Everything above is the same as before format. Yesterday, I forgot about Beta test enabling and it solved problem, but today the problem came back, regardless of participation in Steam Beta test.

- Running Steam as admin and replugging adapter doesn't work.
- I recovered Controller firmware, plugged it via cable, but no results.
- I tried even to turn off Controller Companion and Wallpaper Engine - nothing.
- I uninstalled Synaptics Touchpad driver - nothing.
- Unplugged Logitech unifying receiver for keyboard and Steelseries Rival 100 mouse - nothing.
- Mouse do have and had before smoothering option enabled in Control Panel.
I am sending you movie, where when focus is on windows, cursor jitters. When focus in on Steam, it flies fluently.

EDIT: little update. After opt-out and opt-in + PC restart, problem has been gone again. I don't get it =/ Something must be wrong with Steam client...
