My parcel also seems to have a tracking history that predates my actual order and shows a delivery from the Netherlands to the UK. Contacted GLS Support and got the least helpful answer ever: Apparently my parcel number is "too long" and thus can't belong to GLS, despite the fact that i was looking at the tracking history on the GLS website at that very moment. They told me to contact Steam Support, which is what i have done now. I really hope this will be resolved quickly.
Habe dasselbe Problem.
I'm not even mad.
Hopefully Vavle reconsiders using them as a them as their shipping service in the future.
Ordered Steam Link and Steam Controller on Oct 26th.
Steam Link arrived on Nov 9th.
On Nov 20th I received the wrong tracking number of some other dude in my country. The other dudes delivery has been delivered in mid October. Since I don't care about the other dude, here's the tracking page: https://gls-group.eu/DE/en/parcel-tracking?match=52650086100267
Current status is, that "The parcel has left the GLS location." in the Netherlands.
Had a call with the transport service provider (GLS), but there was nothing they could do, because only the data of the other dude is in their system.
Maybe there has been a major f*** up on Nov 20th at Valve's distribution department. It usually takes 4 business days for a parcel to get to me from the Netherlands and today is the fourth day. So there's still hope.
In the meantime, I opened a steam support ticket. Hopefully they can resolve this.
I'm glad, that I'm not alone with maybe a "lost" parcel or some sh**.
Edit: Destination is Austria in my case.
