I found out on fckn SUNDAY xD
[edit] oh, wait. I ran into a weird binding bug. I figured I'd try again later.
in wind waker and captain toad I've found it excellent for aiming.
If you want an "alternate aiming mode" setting up lower sensitivity on button press is pretty much all you need and i even found myself able to control recoil rather decently with the right trackpad settings.
It's a great option and i am glad the Gyro is a feature but it just doesn't fit the way i like to play and it's gladly far from a necessity.
yea better to bookmark on some videos
this is a similar config am using (kinda like splatoon, easier for horizontal movements): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aw7RvCl1STo&ab_channel=BRBWaffles
p.s. maybe they should had kept this thread pinned or something as many people looks for this info or have the same questions.
I use the gyro but hadn't thought about this ... might have to try that.
