Cheers!
Basically Haptic Feedback is a non working feature and a scam for them to even advertise considering i have them enabled via settings and nothing works...
It works fine for me. It could be that your firmware is in some race condition, or even worse, you may have a hardware defect.
Well, I feel the haptics in keyboard+mouse mode outside of BPM, and then I also feel the haptics (just barely because I didn't feel the need to tweak them from the default they were at) using my profile that I uploaded for Valkyria Chronicles.
I knew there gonna be the odd Bug and Glitch but ffs for the most part the Steam Controller is unusable...as for the Link it also has it's flaws...Here's hoping Valve fix all the Steam Controller and Link troubles sooner than later.
I had the same problem as you csta. I was not getting any haptic feedback from the right side track pad. I was on wireless. I removed the wireless adapter and plugged in the controller and all of a sudden I got haptic feedback on the right side track pad.
