Is your "A" button mushy?

Mine feels like the rubber pad underneath isn't positioned properly, It works but it always feels like it is pressed. I've opened a ticket with Steam, but is everyone else's the same?

Mines fine, just tried all 4 buttons & they all work fine.

Thanks for the response. I know what's wrong with it: the rubber pad underneath that button is either folded, off center, or incorrectly shaped. What sucks is I ordered it in june, very disappointing to get something out of the box after the wait that has a physical defect. Could've been caught before it shipped.

All mine work fine. A button is a bit softer but not how you are describing it.

My A button is very soft, where the others click it is just mushy... :(

All mine feel the same and have good resistance. Sounds like you may have a defect.

Looks like they used some weird torx bit to assemble it which is a shame because I don't have one. I could easily repair mine but can't get into it.
