Steam Controller

Did Steam remove settings for controller calibration?
I'm trying to fix the stick drift on a controller so I decide to boot up steam to help do it. I get to "Calibration & Advanced Settings" and it looks like the system has been completely gutted from anything remotely useful for helping repair controller issues.

It just seems insane they would even do such a thing, so I figured I would ask here and see if they moved those features and I just can't find.

Yea I did some digging before I made this post. I'm guessing this was around a year ago these changes were made, cause I would see the old settings and features for any video beyond a year, then these new changes when the video is a year old or younger.

You have to be in big picture mode and go to controller settings. You can calibrate the trackpads and the joystick from there.

I see that a way to directly edit vibration settings, but wasn't sure how to use that localconfig.vdf file to calibrate the Steam Controller touchpad.

Sorry, it was very late n I misunderstood. Anyways, I suggest downloading an older version of Steam and seeing if the older calibration tool works out.

Ah right on, I may try my luck with that method. Thanks!
I'm still holding out hope that the new Steam Controller 2.0 leaks are true and we'll get one soon more akin to the Steam Deck controls *fingers crossed*
