Razer Wolverine V3 Pro Appearing as Xbox One Controller
I’m trying to get the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro to appear as an Xbox Series X controller so I can use the share button to take photos within Steam (not a fan of Game Bar). Currently, it appears as an Xbox One controller even with the firmware fully updated.

I read a different thread on here related to the Wolverine V2 having the same issue initially, but a Valve dev was able to fix it so it appeared as a Series X controller, this enabling the share button for use with Steam Input.

No idea how to get the attention of a Valve dev to help me and others out, but hoping this post is a good start. Thanks!

As default when using an Xinput style controller, I.E. An xbox controller or clone, there is already a default screenshot button. If your controller is being detected as an Xbox One controller then, by default, you can take a screenshot by pressing the Xbox button and right bumper at the same time. Screenshots taken this way appear on your normal screenshot folder.

I know that this isn't exactly what your asking for but I thought you might like to know you can do it already without setting up a configuration or something.

Thanks, I appreciate the info. That is a good workaround for now.
