If yes, you'll be able to select in-game actions. If not, you do not have the option to select in-game actions.
If it does have in-game actions, you can select from a list of actions created by the developer. I know of no way to implement user made in-game actions.

So Valve, why isn't there Steam Input support on all your games yet? Maybe in time for Steam Deck's release?
