how to get the official layout back

I changed the layout out for a game and i can't change is back to the original one. i know because the was a change that isn't in any other layout and it had official in the layout name
Is there anyway to get that layout back? i have no problem deleting my layouts for this game or going searching in the files for it
I'm using a PS4 controller
I have this problem with some other games too
