Snap to mouse region on mode shift
I've turned this option off and the mouse cursor still snaps to the mouse region when pressing the button for mode shift. Additionally, the mouse does not snap back after letting go of the mode shift button despite having that option on. Anyone else have this issue?

EDIT:

Here is my configuration, labeled for clarification.

It's hard to understand what you said actually... but this is how it works by design. If you using another input style (let go the modshift) from mouse region, mouse region options won't work anymore, obviously. Like cursor snapping.

The first mode is set to mouse region with the option to snap the cursor back on. The second mode is set to mouse region as well, also with the option to snap the cursor back on as well.

The first mode works as intended, When I hold down the button for mode shift, my cursor snaps to the mouse region, but then will not go back once released. I have adjusted the options in both directions to achieve my desired result, but to no avail. I'll try posting a picture to help explain.

I labeled each section to show how I have it set up. Despite the fact that I have "Snap to mouse region on mode shift" set to "off", it still snaps to the mouse region. And even though I have "Snap mouse back on stop" set to "on", it doesn't do so.

Without even touching the left pad it still snaps the cursor over to the mouse region when I pull the right grip. And when I let go, it just sits there, not going back to its original position. That is at odds with my configuration.

Successfully reproduced it on my desktop config with the same result.

Now I can answer your question: Yes.

Thank you for doing so! I'll send a bug report via the email in the first comment unless there's a better place to do it.

Thanks again!
