How to move On-Screen Keyboard on Desktop (On Multiple Screens)?
Hi fellas, I've finally come around tweaking the controller for desktop, and everything is going smoothly, except whenever I try to write the onscreen keyboard only appears on the main window ( Multiple Screens (3), 2 Displays and 1 TV) and I can't see it.

Let's say I'm lying on bed or on the couch, I'm only seeing the 3rd Display (TV). The onscreen keyboard only appears on the main display (Display 1) and I can't do nothing about it except pressing X, which moves it a little bit up or down.

Is there any way to make the onscreen keyboard Target the screen it's being used on, or at least target a space near the input (near mouse position or near the location you're writing)?

*The displays are set to extend the desktop rather than to duplicate it.
*The only workaround is to force the TV as the main Screen, which messes up the display order.

I see your angle and no, I don't think there's any way to do that inside Steam.

Trying to think real quick of something... In your windows setting/video card control panel, is there a way to set your TV as the default monitor?

If the SC keyboard only appears on default #1 monitor, then try to make it so your TV comes 1st.

I never used multiple monitors/tv at once, so I'm not of much help.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that's the only workaround. Just right click desktop and force it to be the main display (which messes up the whole order and screen resolution I've already set up). But the TV isn't always connected to the pc, and I'd have to manually set it to main Screen every time I want to relax. I think the most optimal solution would simply be forcing the onscreen keyboard position to current mouse position, but dunno how.

Found something else, not sure if it could work:

Go into BPM mode, go to Settings > Resolution. In this menu, look for Target Monitor. I imagine there should be a list of your monitors there. Change it to your TV.

I really hope this works, plz write back :D

Thanks! It is a good workaround, now I have to tinker with resolution to stop it from flashing to black every time I open the OnScreen Keyboard.

Thumbs up! :stein: :steamhappy:

I would also appreciate if the keyboard appeared on the monitor the cursor is currently located at, and not always at the primary one. As a new user, this is my biggest gripe with SC right now.

Changing primary monitor whenever I want to use SC on a different one is just not a good workaround. It's uncomfortable and messes up my desktop stuff :/
